VHT Metal Tint Spray

Special Tech Note: VHT Metal Tint Spray can also be used to tint clear low wattage bulbs like automotive interior bulbs, marker light bulbs, gauge bulbs but not high wattage like headlight bulbs. The translucent characteristics of VHT Metal Tint allow the light from the bulb to shine through in the color of the tint.

VHT METAL TINT is specially formulated as a non-tarnishing metallic coating to give a plated look to all plated or polished metal surfaces. This unique product possesses outstanding brilliance and durability or interior on exterior surfaces without oxidizing. VHT Metal Tint duplicates the appearance of expensive anodized coatings.

How To Apply:

VHT Metal Tint is a semi-transparent metalized coating. The condition of the surface to be painted greatly affects the final color. All irregular or off-color areas must be sanded with a fine grade sandpaper or steel wool to achieve a uniform color. Shake can well. Shake for one minute after marble is heard. Apply one or two thin coats, only enough Metal Tint should be applied to attain a uniform color. Too many coats or too heavy of a coat will change the final finish to a painted appearance.
